Method 1: Using a Bangle You Already Own

Take a bangle that fits you well.

Place it on a flat surface and measure the inner diameter with a ruler.

Compare it with the size chart below to know your bangle size.

Method 2: Using a Measuring Tape or String

Bring your thumb and little finger together (as if you’re about to wear a bangle).

Wrap a measuring tape or a piece of thread around the widest part of your hand.

Note the measurement (or mark the thread and then measure it with a ruler).

Compare it with the size chart below to know your bangle size.

Here’s a quick reference (sizes may slightly vary by design, but this works for most bangles). If you’re between two sizes, always go for the bigger one for comfort.
