Souls of Yarn Culture: Not just a store. A community.

There’s always been a small group of women behind Yarn Culture, the ones who understood it before we even had the words for it.
The ones who came for a saree, but stayed for everything around it.

They noticed the little details. Waited for our drops. Sent kind messages. Shared photos, stories and feedback, and somehow made this space feel warmer, softer and more alive.

Over time, they stopped feeling like customers.
They stayed. They became a quiet part of the journey, seen and unseen, growing with us, celebrating with us and rooting in ways big and small.

And somewhere along the way, they became family.

The Beginning

Growing up, I watched my mother wear a saree every day, to work, errands, celebrations and everything in between. So did her mother.

Somewhere along the way, the saree stopped being everyday and became something we saved for occasions.

Yarn Culture began with a simple thought, what if we brought it back to everyday life?

Thoughtfully curated, simple and pretty minimal pieces from Bengal, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and weaving clusters across India, made for those who want to wear their culture, not just on special days, but on ordinary Wednesdays too.

I truly hope that somewhere here, you find a saree that feels like home, familiar, comforting and quietly special. And maybe, one that becomes part of your everyday story too.

When will I get my order?

We know you’re excited to receive your Yarn Culture parcel, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next business day.

Within India
Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner timelines.

International Orders
Timelines vary depending on your location and courier partners. Estimate timelines and courier charges will be shared with you once the order is confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel along the way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.

To ensure your parcel reaches you safely and quickly, we only work with some of the best and fastest courier partners in the country. Our usual partners include Blue Dart, DTDC and Delhivery, chosen based on your pincode and serviceability.

International Shipping

What is the return policy?

We truly hope you love what you receive. Since most of our pieces are thoughtfully sourced, handcrafted, customised, or made in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges & Returns

At Yarn Culture, every saree is thoughtfully curated and undergoes a careful quality check before dispatch.
Since many of our products are handcrafted and handwoven, slight irregularities are part of their beauty and uniqueness.


However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligible Exchange ConditionsYou must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A mandatory unboxing video along with clear images of the product must be shared as proof.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Return pickup will be arranged for eligible PIN codes.
The parcel must be repacked securely in the same manner and dimensions as it was delivered.
If return pickup is unavailable for your location, the product must be self-shipped to the address shared by us.
Please note: Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refund Policy
At Yarn Culture, we offer exchanges, store credit, or discount vouchers only.
We do not provide cash refunds.

Store Credit Eligibility

Once the returned product passes our quality check, store credit or a voucher will be issued within 2–3 working days.
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Yarn Culture reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
Payment issues
Stock unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity

What Is Not Considered a Defect?
Many of our sarees are handcrafted, handwoven, block printed, naturally dyed, or artisan-made.
Slight imperfections are often part of the weaving and dyeing process and are not considered defects.
The following will not qualify for exchanges or returns:
Minor weaving irregularities, thread pulls, or floating threads
Slight colour streaks, smudges, or natural dye inconsistencies
Imperfections in zari work or weaving variations
Missing weaves or minor handloom inconsistencies
Slight colour variation due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
Natural texture variations in handcrafted fabrics

Saree Measurements
Saree dimensions and details are mentioned under each product description.
We kindly request you to review them carefully before placing your order.
Exchange requests based on dimensions or size concerns will not be accepted if product measurements were clearly mentioned prior to purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, we may have already begun processing or dispatching your order.
