Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country

We partner with Delhivery, Fedex, UPS and India Post (and selected courier services) to ensure reliable delivery

3. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect the parcel immediately when delivered, ideally recording a video or photos.

If items arrive damaged or missing, contact our support within 48 hours of delivery. Note that claims may be limited after this window.

All couriers will be insured from our end to ensure hassle free refunds in case of damaged goods.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Yarn Culture is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned packages may incur a restocking fee if resent.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or edited within 24 hours of placement. After that window, we may already be processing your order.

Please email or WhatsApp us immediately if changes are needed, including address or contact details.

7. Returns & Refunds for International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless items are faulty or significantly different from the description.

To request an exception due to defects, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Approved cases will be handled individually; refund or replacement options depend on inspection.
