Refund policy
1. Exchanges & Returns
At Yarn Culture, we take pride in curating handpicked sarees, each of which undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:
· You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
· A mandatory unboxing video and clear images of the product must be shared with us as proof.
· The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
· Return pickup will be arranged for eligible locations. The parcel must be repacked in the same way and dimensions as it was delivered.
· If the return pickup option is unavailable for your PIN code, you must self-ship the item.
2. Refund Policy
We offer exchanges and store credit or discount vouchers only, not cash refunds. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
· Once the returned product passes our quality check, store credit will be issued within 2-3 working days.
· No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.
3. Order Cancellations
· Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
· We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. What Is Not Considered a Defect?
Handloom sarees are crafted with love and may carry slight irregularities that enhance their uniqueness. The following are not considered defects:
· Thread pulls, minor weaving variations, or color streaks
· Color smudges in dyed sarees, imperfect zari weaving, or natural fabric irregularities
· Color stains, missing weaves, or floating threads in handwoven sarees
· Slight color variations due to different screen resolutions or lighting conditions
· Saree dimensions are provided under each product description. Ensure you read them before purchasing
· No exchanges will be accepted if dimensions are not read before purchase
