·       All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day

·       Standard delivery takes 4-5 working days across India

·       Free shipping on all domestic orders within India

·       Express shipping is available for Rs. 150, ensuring quicker delivery

·       Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner schedules and unforeseen delays

In  International Shipping

     All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day

·       Shipping charges vary as per the country and weight of the shipment

·       Kindly DM on instagram or contact on whatsapp or mail to know the exact shipping charges as per the region

Tracking

·       Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

·       You can track your order on the courier partner’s website and receive updates on your registered number

Other Delivery Guidelines

·       Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order

·       Answer calls from the courier partner

·       Do not provide whatsapp only numbers

·       If undelivered, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest hub for self-collection

·       If not collected, it will be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping charges will apply

·       Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
