Half–half sungudi cotton saree in purple pink (vadamalli) and black. The first half features purple pink (vadamalli). The second half comes in black velthaari. Both halves have a peacock motif border and are stitched together, creating a striking contrast of colours.

These sarees are thoughtfully crafted by stitching together fabrics of slightly varying heights - for instance, the pallu may measure 44 inches while the body and pleats measure 47 inches. This variation is an intentional part of the design and does not affect the final look when draped. There will be no visible protrusion at the hem, and the extra inches remain neatly tucked at the waist, ensuring the saree falls effortlessly and maintains a seamless flow.
These sarees are dyed and dried in sand under sunlight. Colour and sand smudges are quite common in sungudi sarees. Colour will bleed as these are dyed. Lightly starched.

All sarees are handcrafted & though efforts have been made to avoid any defects, there might be slight imperfections in the weave or pattern or colours. Few thread pulls are common in hand crafted sarees.
